Soursop Pudding Sauce

ingredients:
-7 grams of a white gelatinous
-200 cc soursop pulp is mashed (blended)
-500 cc of water
-50 grams sugar
-2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
-½ teaspoon paste soursop
-1-2 drops of green dye cake
Soursop sauce:
-1 GLS soursop pulp that has been refined
-250 cc of water
-100 grams sugar
-½ tsp green dye
How to make:
1. Mix the agar-agar, soursop, water, sugar and condensed milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring until boiling. Turn off the flame.
2. Add pasta and soursop green coloring and stir well. Pour into mold / glass container, let cool.
3. Soursop sauce: cooking soursop, water and sugar, stirring until boiling. Add green coloring, mix well. Lift then strain. Use the sauce for pudding.
